Apprentice Scheme

To ensure a continuing supply of trained electrical installers, Oakmead Electrical run an apprentice scheme in conjunction with Merton College. The scheme has been running for many years and continually grows.

Apprentices learn both 'on the job' and at college (on day release) culminating in nationally recognised qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 Installing and Commissioning Electrotechnical Systems
• City & Guilds 2351 Level 3 Technical Certificate
• Key Skills at Level 2

We regard our apprenticeship schemes as a fast track mechanism for young employees to reach foreman level and are proud of our apprentices hard work and results.
