Domestic Rewiring

We specialise in rewiring occupier's council homes and, because of our quality, efficiency and competitive rates, have won many contracts with local councils in the South East of England. Satisfied customers return to us time after time.

Oakmead Electrical have rewired several thousand properties and have the process down to a fine art. Only the highest quality products and installation methods are used making installation problems a thing of the past.

Special care is taken of customers' furniture and belongings with the use of clean dust sheets while works are in progress.

The works are completed quickly and with a minimum of disruption.

Housing Associations & Care Homes

Using similar techniques as for domestic housing, we aim to rewire care homes and housing association homes with a minimum of disruption to the residents.

Public and Commercial Property Rewiring

Oakmead Electrical have extensive experience in rewiring and extending the electrical installations of both public and commercial properties. This includes schools, offices, commercial premises, etc. We're on the approved list for most London councils and accreditation agencies.
